Outcomes Achieved

The web console enabled centralized monitoring and control of VR-based training across service centers, bringing clear improvements in efficiency and quality. Trainers gained real-time visibility into trainee progress, errors, and completion status, reducing manual follow-ups and dependency on physical assessments.

Training became more consistent and scalable, while technicians benefited from structured feedback and faster skill development. Overall, the solution shortened training cycles, improved troubleshooting accuracy, and ensured higher confidence and readiness before technicians worked on real vehicles.
